Enhance customer convenience by allowing them to easily download digital products from Thank You and Order Status page.

Log in to your Shopify admin panel.

Then, locate "Settings" in the left-hand menu.

Select "Customer accounts." Make sure the "New" version is selected (usually indicated by a switch or a version selector)

We've enabled the "New" Shopify customer accounts. Next, we'll add Sellzzy download links to these accounts. This is a straightforward process that doesn't require any coding.

In your Shopify dashboard, go to Settings > Checkout. Click on "Customise" to continue.

Now, we need to select the page we want to customize. Click on the dropdown at the top of the page. It currently shows "Checkout."

Choose "Thank You" from the list. This is the page your customers see when they place a successful order.

To add the Sellzzy download links section to the page. Now, navigate to "Sections" by clicking in the section icon in the left-sidebar menu.

Integrate the Sellzzy download links block which Sellzzy built for you to enhance your customer experience.

In the left sidebar menu click any of the Add app block button.

Locate and click on the "Sellzzy download link" block within the list of available app blocks. Note that the specific app blocks available may vary depending on the apps you've installed in your Shopify store.

Optional but you can customise the text of buttons that's suited for you. Also you can toggle the visibility of the download button if you want to.

After the customisation click on the small back arrow and place the section where you want to. It is to be noted that by following the steps above you can add multiple blocks of the Sellzzy download link.

To integrate Sellzzy download link in Order Status page, you need to follow the exact same steps like integrating in Thank You page. But just need to select Order status in the Select Page step.

By integrating Sellzzy download links directly onto the Thank You and Order Status pages, you'll provide a more convenient and enjoyable post-purchase experience for your customers. This streamlined approach will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also potentially increase conversion rates and foster stronger customer loyalty.
