Integrate Intercom in you Sellzzy store

For integrating Intercom into your website or application, you will need your App ID.

Just follow these 4 simple steps to find it:

1. Log into Your Intercom Account

2. Go to Settings

  • Once logged in, look at the bottom left corner.

  • Click on the Settings (⚙️ gear icon).

3. Navigate to Installation

  • In the Settings menu, Go to Workspace.

  • Then click general

  • Copy the app id.

4. Set Your App ID in Sellzzy

  • Go to the Admin Dashboard.

  • Go to the Settings Preferences

  • Find the Intercom section.

  • Now paste the App ID. And hit the Save button.

Once you correctly set the Intercom App ID, you’ll see a small chat bubble or messenger icon at the bottom right of your website (storefront).This is where customers can click and chat with your support team instantly!
