For integrating Intercom into your website or application, you will need your App ID.
Just follow these 4 simple steps to find it:
1. Log into Your Intercom Account
Visit https://app.intercom.com.
Enter your email and password to log in to your Intercom dashboard.
2. Go to Settings
3. Navigate to Installation
In the Settings menu, Go to Workspace.
Then click general
Copy the app id.
4. Set Your App ID in Sellzzy
Go to the Admin Dashboard.
Go to the Settings → Preferences
Find the Intercom section.
Now paste the App ID. And hit the Save button.
Once you correctly set the Intercom App ID, you’ll see a small chat bubble or messenger icon at the bottom right of your website (storefront).This is where customers can click and chat with your support team instantly!
